Repossessed Triplex

We are preparing to list a repossessed triplex on Sullivan Rd. in 29 Palms.

This property consists of three individual structures. There are two 2/1's and one 4/2. They have been vacant awhile and have been vandalized. Additionally, they are located in a commercial zone (Commercial Industrial)

The list price should be under 80K.

Best Team in Football

At a litttle over the halfway point of the season, who is the best team in football.

New England (easy choice), Indianapolis, Dallas, Green Bay?

What about a sleeper, perhaps San Diego or Seattle?
